Volume iii of “The King’s Royal Crown Jewels of Poetic Life” has been the part of my journey where the one thing that has become paramount in all my getting is ‘getting an understanding.’ Proverbs 4:7, in summary reads “In all thy getting, get an understanding.” My interpretation is that in everything that we may experience in life, we must spend quality time getting to know the intimacies of an experience, for in so doing we will have become over-comers, ready should this event or a similar one ever come around again.
